For decades and as long as his health allowed, Brian was a devoted and active member of St. He was also a member and leader in many organizations including the Lion's Club; VFW Post 3296 where he served as chaplain for several years; Knights of Columbus and past president of the Clearwater Historical Society. While Brian enjoyed all of his service activities, his hobbies and lifelong friends brought him particular joy.Brian was an avid bowler, fisherman and he and Marie loved camping with their friends.Ed had numerous outdoor hobbies, including hunting, fishing and camping.He was an avid bowler and especially enjoyed bowling with his wife and son. went on to earn a second-place finish at nationals, which provided Ed Jr. Ed and Diane were members of the Eagles Lodge in Moscow for more than 15 years.Ed is survived by his wife of 42 years, Diane Driskill; his sister, Dee Driskill, and her husband, Peter, of Gig Harbor, WA; his brother, Darrell (Charlene) Driskill of Arvada, Colo.CO; and his son, Ed (Kelly) of Moscow, and their four children, Ava, Jack, Jemma and Henry.Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jack and Glen Smolinski. Ausman, Derik (Lacie) Crawford and Eric Burnet; granddaughters, Rickelle Ausman, Holly Hall and Sarah Pflug; nine great-grandchildren; and best friends, Nancy and Lonnie Cowger. His joy in watching his son compete in sports was matched only by later watching his grandchildren.
Soon after, they moved to Pierce, where they raised their family.
